I have been taking magnesium daily for many years for muscle relaxation due to some leg trauma that created RLS. I also take it for anxiety prevention and calmness. I find these most impactful for mental calmness with an edge of focus.

I take this daily along with Focus Plus and D3K2. I’ve taken magnesium for years, but it wasn’t L-threonate. I can tell a vast difference with this, specifically with sleep quality and anxiety. Definitely more of a feeling of well being. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. Great product!
